Binghamton University can add Indie pop star Ingrid Michaelson to their list of famous alumni! And, I was fortunate enough to attend her recent concert at the Anderson Center at Binghamton University. The 2001 grad’s songs have been heard by millions of TV viewers on “Grey’s Anatomy,” and she’s sold nearly a quarter-million copies of her latest album, “Girls and Boys.” She’s one of the fastest-rising stars in the music world today and she went here! How cool is that!
When she was an undergrad, Ingrid studied music and theater and was a member of the a cappella group, the Binghamtonics.
